Quick Step 800 Long Plank is incredibly resistant to day to day wear and tear and is both easy and cost efficient to maintain properly. The following maintenance guidelines will help to ensure that your Quick Step 800 Long Plank floor always looks it’s very best.
Ensure that your floor is kept clean and free of grit or small stones. Use a vacuum cleaner (bristles down) or a soft bristled broom to keep your floor clean.
Every so often, you will need to wash your floor to provide for a clean and hygenic surface. The Quick Step Uniclic Maintenance Product (pictured right) has been specifically designed and is recommended for this purpose. Simply add 1 or 2 capfuls of Maintenance Product to a bucket of warm water and, using a well wrung mop, mop over the floor. Wipe off any excess cleaning water using a clean towel for best results.
The Quick Step Uniclic Maintenance Kit (pictured left) is also available and includes both the Quick Step Uniclic Maintenance Product and the unique telescopic handle, swivel head Flipper Mop. The Flipper Mop, with it’s specifically designed poly-cotton loop structure, can be used dry or damp. The washing pad can even be removed and washed separately, making the Quick Step Maintenance Kit a great investment!
In addition, we recommend the use of dirt-trapping mats at external entrances and felt floor pads under all moving furniture. Put simply, an ounce of prevention will help to keep your floor
